Parents: CALL, TEXT or EMAIL for emotional support

SANE is a UK mental health charity that offers non-judgemental and compassionate emotional support. This can be accessed via phone through their SANEline helpline.

If you feel more comfortable writing down how you feel, their service can also be accessed by email and by text.

The phoneline operates 'out of hours' - it is open every day of the year from 4pm to 10pm. This can be accessed via the number 0300 304 70000. It is an 0300 number, which means helpline calls are inclusive in allowances on landlines and on mobiles.

The email service is available via support@sane.org.uk. To access the textcare support, please submit a request via this form: https://form.jotform.com/221004693319350.

They operate specialist services for those under 16. For more information please contact support@sane.org.uk. Please also see our blog post 'Young people: CALL TEXT, or EMAIL for emotional support', or click the link below.
