As mentioned in our previous blog post, we are currently doing a 'Bryn y Deryn Great British Bake Off'.
This week we concentrated on the Banana loaf cake. Each pupil was given a basic recipe which they could adapt to suit them, with personalised presentation.
The star baker this week was Kay, from 11AHU. As you can see below, the presentation was excellent - a nicely textured loaf with a dusting of icing sugar and two slices of fresh banana on top . Ardderchog!
