COVID Self-Isolation Guidance - January 2022

COVID-19 self-isolation rules have changed.


If you or your child is showing symptoms, you must stay at home and book a PCR test. If the test is negative, you no longer need to isolate.


If positive, you must isolate for five full days from the day your took your test (or when the symptoms started).


Lateral Flow Tests must be taken on days five and size. If either of these tests are positive, you must isolate until your receive two negative tests (or until day 10). This applies to asymptomatic testing (i.e. if you or your child tests positive on an LFT only).
